01 / The challenge
Delivering in a hill-station city is not like delivering in a flat metro. Addresses are spread across slopes, some areas are out of reach at certain hours, and costs change through the day. The client needed several local vendors on one app, fast order alerts, and clear visibility into whether each order actually made money.
02 / The solution
We built a Flutter app for customers backed by a Laravel API and admin panel. Service areas are drawn and managed by the admin, and delivery fees change based on time slots. Vendors manage their own catalogues and stock, orders trigger instant alerts, and the admin assigns delivery partners. Every order records costs and commissions, feeding revenue and profit dashboards.

The app is live on both the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store, giving local residents a single place to order groceries and essentials, and giving the business clear numbers on every order.
