Schools were juggling spreadsheets, paper registers and scattered messaging groups. The goal was a single platform that could onboard many schools independently, import thousands of students without data-entry errors, and keep parents informed automatically.
02 / The solution
We built a multi-tenant Laravel platform where each school runs on its own subdomain with its own data, branding and users. Excel imports show a validated preview before anything is saved. Attendance marking triggers automatic absentee alerts, and a notification engine running on Redis queues sends push notifications and personalised bulk messages without slowing the app down.
