The boutique's customers preferred talking to the store before buying: asking about sizes, colours and custom fits. A standard e-commerce checkout did not match how they actually sold.
02 / The solution
We built a showcase website and a Flutter app to present the collections beautifully. Every product has a WhatsApp order button that opens a pre-filled chat with the product details, so the store can confirm and close the sale in conversation.
