Physical product samples moved between people and locations with only spreadsheets to track them. Items went missing, and typing product details by hand caused errors.
02 / The solution
We built a web system to manage products and master data, generate printable barcodes for every item, and check items in and out by scanning. Scanning auto-fills the form, so staff only confirm who is taking the item and why.
