SATechWork has no physical office. Our developers, designers and marketers work remotely, and so do our clients across India and worldwide. Here is how we keep projects moving without sharing a room.
1. Write everything down
Scope, decisions and meeting notes live in a shared space. If it was agreed on a call, it is written in the project board the same day.
2. Demo, do not report
Every week you see working software on a staging link or in a short recorded walkthrough. Progress you can click is worth more than a status email.
3. One owner per project
A lead from our team owns your project from kick-off to launch and is reachable on WhatsApp and email during overlap hours.
4. Small releases, often
We ship in two-week sprints, so feedback arrives early and course corrections are cheap.
5. You own the keys
Code repositories, servers, app store and ad accounts stay in your name. Remote work should never mean less control for the client.
